Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across various platforms.
2. Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
3. Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and feedback.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategies.
5. Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
6. Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and emerging trends.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively.
6. Creativity and a keen eye for detail in designing visual content.
